Please attach a brief motivational letter of maximum 200 words explaining your reasons for wanting to form part of S-Cubed's Executive Board. Please also send a digital photo of yourself and prepare a 2-minute speech to present during the AGM. This speech should include: · Your reasons for wanting to join S-Cubed · Your vision for the organisation. All students filling this nomination form should be S-Cubed members as stated in Article 3.1 of the statute: “Students duly registered at the Faculty of Science at the University of Malta as a student and recognised as such by the University Authorities are recognized by S-Cubed as a science student.” The S-Cubed AGM will take place on Friday 29th April 2016. Therefore, all nomination forms should reach S-Cubed's Secretary General, Anna Vella (99166359), by Tuesday 26th May 2015 at 5pm, as stated in Article 5.6 of the statute: “Motions and nominations to be considered for a General Meeting should reach the Secretary General, seconded and in writing, by not later than three (3) working days before the meeting is to be held.”
