Bids must be submitted on line only at e-tendering portal of MORTH http://www.tenderwizard.com/MORTH by BID Due Date i.e. on or before 18.02.2014 (up to 17.00 Hrs. 1ST) and bids received online will be opened on 25.02.14 at 11.30 Hrs. 1ST. The bidders have to submit their BID Security in hard copy (original), Cost of Bid fee(Original)& other documents as mentioned in instruction to bidders for e-tendering and as per instructions mentioned in clause 2.11 of the RFP to any of the offices of the Chief Engineer National Highways,Odisha,Bhubaneswar/ Superintending Engineer NH Circle(South),Bhubaneswar/ Executive Engineer NH Division Kesinga/ Regional Officer,MoRT&H, Bhubaneswar/ Chief Engineer(P-5), Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, New Delhi on or before 25.02.14 up to 11.00 Hours IST.
