The aim of OPTIFEL was to develop products based on fruit and vegetables in order to improve the nutrition of the elderly and their pleasure to eat. The use of fruit and vegetables is justified by the fact that they offer a large diversity of products. The project will be officially closed by the final conference held in Paris on 1st February 2017.
