Monday night for some Sim-sational genetics! Sincerely,. Val & Lori Eberspacher ... Gildford, MT. Jim Butcher, Western Area . ..... That summer at. Sweepstakes ...
Welcome to 21st Anniversary of “The One” Simmental Sale! It is that exciting time of the year as all thoughts turn to Denver preparation and what a line up we have this year in “The One”. Proven genetics in many new packages that will be polished up for you to appraise. Each year, everyone involved in the Denver events of shows and sales strive to top last year’s goal and there is no doubt that is the case this year when you analyze the powerhouse genetics the breeders have committed to this sale. The progress that this breed has made to make the cattle functional, attractive and profitable with strong genetic base is second to none. As we approach the 21st production of “The One” Sale, it is obvious that this event does not happen without dedication from so many people who rarely receive a thank you. We are fortunate to have many talented people assist with the Denver events: The Colorado Simmental Association with their countless hours, the entire NW staff, and ASA/Register staff, EDJE Technologies for their marketing assistance and everyone that is part of Team EE on a full time and part time basis! A big Mile High Magic thank you to the prominent breeders that are dedicated to this sale and our breed. The ASA Foundation and the AJSA youth continue to be a top priority for everyone at EE Inc. This year, we have a very special 2014 donation female that is right from the keeper pen at Owen’s family of Owen Bros Cattle Co. OBCC Dana is making her debut under the bright lights of Denver. The Owen family has been such a large part of the AJSA Classic events for the past several years as Adam, Matt and Casey all have had very successful AJSA careers. Aaron and Jennie have given countless hours as advisors and coordinated some of the most successful AJSA Classics. 2015 donation will be from the families of Werning Cattle Co. Thank you again to the Owen and Werning families and all donators in the past. Remember that all donations, great or small, contribute to the ability of the ASA Foundation to assist our youth activities, education and research. We invite you once again to Denver for all the Magical Moments in the Mile High City. Join us Monday night for some Sim-sational genetics! Sincerely, Val & Lori Eberspacher and Kelly Schmidt Eberspacher Enterprises Inc.

It is our pleasure at Owen Brothers Cattle Company to have the opportunity to give back to a program that has given our family so many opportunities. We have spent the past several weeks debating on the best female to offer as the 2014 AJSA Foundation Lot and here she is...OBCC Dana Y25A! We wanted to offer a female that her biggest accomplishment wasn’t just being the 2014 donation lot, but yet offer a female that could compete on a State or National level. Dana has been a physically impressive female since birth and her best days are to come. She is elegant in her front third, big middled, thick ended and flawless in motion. She ranks in the top 25% or better for CE, BW, MCE, Milk, REA, API and TI. She carries on the lineage of SAC Miss Jet Top 29G, whom we could spend hours talking about with all the breed greats this female produced. But most recently, the stars of the cow family are offspring such as Kenco Steel Magnolia and SVF Allegiance. Unless you have drove through the pastures of southwest Missouri, the sire of Dana is a little of a mystery but he is a bull we selected for our in-herd use out of the 2011 sire group that produced a $21,000 top selling bull. Because of the female makers in his pedigree and his impressive stats on paper – top 10% of the breed for CE, MCE, Milk, REA, SHR, API and top 25% for BW, MWW, YG and TI.

Thank you Owen Bros. Cattle Company for your generous donation! For more information on this donation offering please contact us and let’s visit about great cattle! 13302 W. In addition to this she maintains a stunning profile, great udder quality, and tremendous foot and leg structure. This package is topped off with her elegant front end, unforgettable baldy face, and a great EPD profile. Keepsake Daughter

A Keepsake is something to hold on to, something to cherish. But, like we’re all taught as kids, it’s important to share. That’s why we’re offering this token, one of our very best – one of the breed’s very best – here in Denver. And there are a lot of reasons to be excited! For starters, Keepsake has a pedigree that’s free of Dream On, making the mating possibilities nearly endless. Phenotypically, she is impeccably structured, beautifully balanced, powerful and capacious yet feminine and stylish, and so much more. Her dam, JBS Rockin Robin, is one of the most profitable and attractive half blood cows in the business. A full sister to Keepsake raised the 2013 NAILE Grand Champion Bull, LLSF Pays To Believe. At Lee Simmental Farms, where Keepsake was bred and raised, Jerry would humbly tell you that she is a former Bred & Owned Champion at AJSA Nationals, produced one of their top-selling open heifers in 2012, and that she averaged 18 embryos on three flushes, with a top of 27. To see an example of the Keepsake offspring, stop by the Lee Simmental pens, where they’ll have two Upgrade sons in their lineup – including one that recently sold for $10,000.

JBS Rockin Robin, dam

Keepsake is carrying an Upgrade baby herself, due in April. That’s only the beginning of the excitement for her new owners. This young, outstanding donor is in the prime of her productive and profitable life. Simply put, this is one you can build an entire program around. Don’t miss this true cornerstone opportunity. • A.I. This is the cow that has done it all for us and we have based our herd around her. The seven progeny we have sold averaged $5,300 including the granddaughter who sold in the sale last year for $10,000. Jlo’s maternal sister recently sold to Eby Ranch and had a daughter sell in Louisville for $35,000. We have stocked up embryos on seven different matings and we will keep promoting 736T for years to come. She has averaged 12 eggs per flush and her daughters flush extremely well. I really think the best is yet to come out of JF Reba. We are going to continue building our herd from Jlo and were excited to offer someone the chance to exploit her potential in the future. Sells open and ready to flush!

Jlo’s Reba is just getting started in her donor career for us and we’re really excited to see our calves out of her coming this year. These three matings are what we are looking forward to and would like to offer someone the chance to have some of their own.

Amazing half blood female with tremendous flush history. Has a lifetime average of over 12 eggs with a 36 top and this is on 17 flushes so the proof is here… Flawlessly designed, this Macho half blood female comes from B C Mignonnes Libby 385 who is a full sister to the immortal B C Lookout. B C Mignonnes Libby 385 is also the dam of B C Classic 385-7. T94 has produced over $78,000 worth of income for Horstman Cattle Co. in 2 years and not to mention what her cattle and embryo’s commanded at the now famous Lazy H Dispersal of 2013 and their production sale of 2012 as they purchased half interest in this female in 2011. We have such confidence that we purchased her all again this fall and are eager to capitalize on 100% of her embryo production again. She turned heads in 2011 while being named Grand Champion Percentage Cow at the Simmental Breeders Sweepstakes while nursing twins. This win with twins in tow came 6 days after producing 19 freezable embryo’s. Brad McConahay of Corydon, Iowa, has a son by Upgrade that is producing top quality females for sale and replacement. He is pleased with his bull purchase and I think it would take a large check to get him off his property. Her first natural daughter produced a $15,000 female for us in the 2013 Factory Direct Sale. She is as pretty as you can make one and has capacity as well. Club calf producers should take note as we have had outside interest to use her in the arena as well. We are offering a flush to the bull of the buyer’s choice with the option of splitting 2 flushes with mutually agreed upon sires. Guaranteeing 6 transferrable embryos, splitting embryos over 10 with odd number going to buyer. NWSS

This beautiful black baldy is living proof that dreams do come true. It all started when Koty was able to acquire a flush out of WHCC Angels Dream R20, the 2007 National Western Grand Champion Female. We decided to flush her to the exciting young herdsire at Hudson Pines Farm, JS Sure Bet. Little did we know from that moment on, history was in the making. Dreams was one of those individuals from the first time we saw her, she was a great one. As a calf, she was a standout being a favorite of everyone who saw her. That summer at Sweepstakes, Illinois State Fair and Louisville, she was named Calf Champion at either open or junior shows. We knew all winter long we had something special. At her first show. the Illlinois State Preview Show, she was named Grand Champion Female as she was the next show, the Western Regional in Logan, Utah. Then it got really fun at The National Junior Heifer Show in Lincoln, Nebraska, where she was crowned Grand Champion Bred and Owned Purebred Heifer and later that day was named Res. Grand Champion Purebred Heifer Overall. To add to her list of champions, in August Dreams was named Grand Champion Heifer at the Illinois State Fair. The excitement and interest Dreams has created in her show career is not only overwhelming, but very rewarding as well. She is simply amazing in her ability of combining stunning eye appeal with impeccable phenotype, all with the personality of a house cat. Koty won every showmanship she led into with Dreams. No one really knows what kind of impact Dreams will have in the Simmental Breed, but one can be assured with her championship genetics and impressive phenotype she has only just begun her illustrious career. The amount of earning potential here is unlimited. KA Dream Come True Z234 is due to calve in Feb.

Incredible opportunity to have your pick of Cow Camp Ranch genetics... Cow Camp Ranch offers Pick of the Females

Cow Camp Ranch is a multi-breed seed stock supplier located on the Western edge of the Flint Hills grasslands. We have been raising cattle for four generations and have been heavily involved in the Simmental breed since 1970 (ASA #3790). During that time crossbreeding has become an important and essential tool here at Cow Camp as we have incorporated the Angus and Red Angus breeds into our program. In these days of high market volatility and high input costs there has never been a bigger need for cattle that will function efficiently and create a high quality end product that will meet the demands of our consumers. Crossbreeding helps us meet those goals and produces cattle that will work in the real world as well as in the market place. We invite you to join us in building better beef. For the first time ever, Cow Camp Ranch is excited to offer pick of any female in the herd. We have been breeding registered Simmental cattle for over 40 years and have used AI and embryo transfer extensively during that time. There will be years of proven genetics to choose from including the progeny and service of our breed leading herd sires listed below. The cow herd is split evenly among Spring and Fall calving herds. The mature cow herd and several sets of bred and open heifers will allow the buyer to select from over 900 registered females carrying the “CCR” prefix. Fall cows will be sold as bred cows (with no calf at side), and spring cows will be sold as pairs. Final selection shall be made by April 1st, 2014. A list of available females with EPDs will be available upon request.

From poll to hoof and from head to tail, A155 is just a complete bull. He is sired by one of the true “beef” bulls in the Simmental breed and his dam has wrote her own story. In the ring she was back to back Grand Champion at Louisville to the donor pen where she has had the high seller for Silver Towne Farms the last two years. This year three full sisters to this bull averaged over $20,000. He combines a balanced set of EPD’s with a low actual birth weight. So you can use him on virgin heifers and mature cows alike. Red Stroke is a powerful individual with massive muscle shape, deep rib shape and plenty of internal dimension. Then put that on a sound skeleton and you get one sound movin’ bull that makes a barn cat look cripple. A155 may not be a “breed changer” but his impact will be felt by many. We feel these dignified females will fit someone’s special interest in the Simmental breed or any other operation. These baldy females are extremely elegant. Top notch cattleman, don’t miss your opportunity here as they have a track record in their blood lines already, which includes full sibs being Reserve Pen Heifers at the NWSS in 2012, a heifer bought in The One Sale that year by Nalea Dunsmore had huge success in South Dakota, then went straight to the donor pen for 3C/NLC! These three young, sophisticated females are following directly in their footsteps. Well mannered, extremely huge barreled, sound and functional, with that show ring pick me look. You have heard us say before we are just starting to tap into the genetic potential of our Firefly donor and she is certainly continuing to prove how consistently good she makes her progeny. She stamps her heifers with a beautiful profile and 347A is another outstanding example. In this year’s Livin the Dream, one half and one full sisters to her sold to Ohio and Indiana for $13,000 and $11250. This heifer is built just like them by being big boned, stout middled, full of muscle with a sweet front end. She grabs your attention every time you see her and we think she has a great future in the ring and eventually in the donor barn. The Steel Force x JSF Firefly mating really worked so don’t miss the chance to own a Firefly daughter, especially this one!

She is the calf at side of our pick of the Gateway females, purchased in last year’s NWSS for $21,000. She is in the top 3% of the breed for API & TI, with a -.8 BW & +108 YW EPD spread. Her mother is a full sib to the ABS sire Paramount. Both are in the top 1% for API & TI. Miss Flash’s grandam & great grandam are still producing functional cows. JSMF/FVF Steel Me Baby is a beautiful baldy female that is extremely hairy, stout boned, big topped and bold sprung that ties a sound structure into an extended front end. She will be competitive in the ring, with one of the best temperaments, and then prove to be an even better matron. HSF Baby Doll W959 was our pick from the 2009 Northern Lights sale where she was the high selling percentage female and second high seller. Her family has created a lot of excitement, Baby Doll embryos and progeny have sold extremely well and her grand dam, HSF Victoria P30 is nearing $300,000 life time earnings for Ryan Hecksel. The Mueller boys campaigned Baby Doll on the MN Junior Show Circuit where they took her to two Supreme Champions, three Grand Champions and one Reserve Champion all in their first year showing. This mating is one that we have looked forward too since we purchased Baby Doll, her calves have been outstanding, and Steel Me Baby is one of her best. She will be Fun! Mueller’s would like to reserve the right to show Steel Me Baby on the Hill for her new owners. We reserve the right of one flush consisting of a minimum of 6 embryos that produce two pregnancies at the seller’s expense.
