Submit purchase order to Polycom i. Reference NST: 2012-12-92224 on the sales order ii. Attach Offer Claim Form properly completed and signed by the end user iii. A ll equipment must be drop shipped to the end user by March 21, 2014. 13. For HDX and RealPresence Group Series system orders fulfilled through distribution, the following process applies: a.Distributor will follow the process below for obtaining the incremental discount, whether fulfilling the order from stock, or if placing a new order b.
