If you are unavailable to register your child this day, please contact the school to set up an appointment to register your child. We would like to have all registrations completed by June 1, 2017so that adequate staffing can be determined for each school. Important Note: You must first complete the PRE K Application Process and receive an eligibility letter BEFORE registering a child for the pre-kindergarten program. Age Requirements: Pre-Kindergarten - 4 years old by September 1, 2017 Kindergarten - 5 years old by September 1, 2017 Details and information regarding Early Entry requirements can be found in CCPS Policy/Procedures #2915. Written requests must be received by JUNE 1, 2017! Only a parent or legal guardian may register a child. Please bring the following documents to registration: Your child’s original birth certificate with official raised seal Your child’s social security card Your child’s immunization records Proof of residency - We can only accept one of the following: • Deed • Incorporated Lease (Real Estate Lease) • Non-incorporated Lease Agreement (Landlord provides proof of residency by producing a signed, notarized affidavit verifying that parents reside at that address) • Mortgage Statement • An approved multi-family disclosure application is required when child and parent reside in the home of another family.
