FINAL PUBLIC EXAMINATION TIMETABLE 2012 (Results issued 16th August) Please bring the following information to the attention of your tutor group.
This timetable gives the dates of examinations for summer 2012. The key to examinations is as follows: Room Codes A Level AS Level GCSE

Candidates should check the dates and times of their examinations carefully. If candidates have examination clashes (i.e. two examinations at the same time on the same day) then they should notify Mr White in room 241 (MC Corridor), or Miss Crowe at reception, as soon as possible. This is very important. Exam Times Morning Examinations begin at 9am and afternoon examinations at 1.30pm. Where a unit is marked on the timetable as ses1 or ses2 these units will be taken sequentially with a short break between each unit. (Students arriving for ses2 will need to report to the common room by 10am in the morning and 2.30pm in the afternoon.) Additional Timetable Information 1. A and AS Level language students should note that the exact times/dates for their oral examinations are not given on this timetable. Candidates will be notified of this information by the Languages Department at a later date. 2.
GCSE language students will be notified of the exact time for their oral examinations within the dates given in this timetable.
