Spy Camp Registration – Summer 2018 Spy Camp is the Diefenbunker's training camp for up-and-coming spies! As a Bunker Agent, kids aged 7 12 will learn the art of espionage, develop a disguise for cover, make and break codes, create and use spy gadgets, go on scavenger hunts and take part in many more fun activities. To register your child, please fill out both pages below and fax or email them in at least two weeks in advance. Spy Camp Cancellation Policy Any cancellations or reduction in numbers must be communicated a minimum of two weeks in advance of the booking. Any changes made past the cancellation date will be subject to cancellation fees (see below for prices). Emergency cancellations are subject to the approval of our Operations Manager. Under all other circumstances, our booking agent must be notified in writing (e-mail or fax) as well as a phone call two weeks prior to the visit for any changes and/or to cancel the reservation. A $50.00 transfer fee will apply to any changes in program date or time once the cancellation date has passed. The Diefenbunker reserves the right to cancel one or more days of camp due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, refunds will be issued for the day(s) affected. Method of Payment Payment is due upon arrival and must be made in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Cash.
Late Arrivals Pleased be advised that if your child should arrive late or miss a day of camp, we cannot reduce the fee nor can we promise that your child will receive a full program for that day.
