SIZING GUIDELINES ACHIEVING A PROPER FIT - THE IMPORTANCE OF YOUR “EYE-TEETH” UA Performance Mouthwear™ products are available in two sizes: Adult (12+) and Youth (Adult Small). The Adult size will fit about 70% of adults. The Youth (Adult Small) will fit the remaining 30% of adults and most kids age 8 -12. However, the mouth is a unique part of the body and doesn’t always correlate to height, weight or age. For best results, we recommend measuring the distance between your two “eye-teeth” to determine the proper size of UA Performance Mouthwear™ (UA Mouthguard, ArmourBite® Mouthguard and ArmourBite® Mouthpiece). Your “eye-teeth” – also referred to as “canine teeth” – are found in your upper arch (see Fig. 1).

Take note of the position of the OUTSIDE of your “eye-teeth”. They will fall either in the “ADULT” or “YOUTH” zone — indicating which size will fit you best.
