B. Consider approving a three-day Carnival License for St. Philip Church for a “Community Festival”, to be held on Thursday, September 22, 2016, and Friday, September 23, 2016, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Saturday, September 24, 2016, from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., in the rear of the church parking lot and the parish center, 622 Putnam Pike, as listed, as applied, subject to compliance with all State regulations, local ordinances, and final approval from the Rhode Island Department of Health. C. Consider approving a One-day Beer/Wine License for the Smith Appleby House, 220 Stillwater Road, to hold a wedding reception on Saturday, May 21, 2016 from 2:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., as listed, as applied, subject to compliance with all State regulations, local ordinances. D. Consider approving a new Holiday Sales License for Honey Nail and Spa, Inc., d/b/a “Honey Nail and Spa”, 375 Putnam Pike, Unit 15, as listed, as applied, subject to compliance with all State regulations and local ordinances. “Comedy Dinner Show” that will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. “Summer Celebration Party that will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. “Hawaiian Luau” that will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

All parties will take place at the Smithfield Senior Center, One William J. Hawkins Jr. Trail, as listed, as applied, subject to compliance with all State regulations and local ordinances.

F. Consider approving the annual renewal of two (2) Peddlers Licenses, as listed, as applied, subject to compliance with all State regulations and local ordinances: 1. CALM Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a “Del’s of Smithfield, LLC”, to sell only frozen lemonade from a truck with RI Reg. numbers 25833, 126485, and 51697, 115 Pleasant View Avenue. 2. CALM Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a “Del’s of Smithfield, LLC”, to sell only frozen lemonade from a pushcart with RI Reg. number 55218 only, 115 Pleasant View Avenue. X.

Consider authorizing the submittal of the 2016 Community Development Block Grant Application. I. Consider authorizing the Construction and Maintenance Agreement between the State of Rhode Island Department of Transportation and the Town of Smithfield for the Esmond Street Bridge End Treatment Project.

J. Consider, discuss, and act upon a tax classification proposal. K. Consider supporting a Resolution in support of proposed enabling legislation 2016 - H-7243, S-2761 and any and all legislative proposals that would disallow non-law enforcement to carry concealed firearms onto school grounds.
