Equipment Needs:
Campers will need to wear comfortable Tshirts, shorts and athletic shoes each day to camp. Cleats are optional for baseball, football and softball camps, but they will not be allowed on gym floors. Gloves are required for baseball and softball camps. All equipment and any extra shoes must be labeled with campers name! Any equipment or extra shoes brought to the camps will be the responsibility of the campers, not the coaches.

Medical Release: I hereby authorize the staff of the camp to act for me, according to their best judgment, in any emergency requiring medical attention, and hereby waive and release the camp from any and all liability for any injuries or illnesses incurred while at camp. I have no knowledge of any medical problems or physical impairment that would be affected by the below named camper’s participation in the camp program, as outlined in this brochure. The on-site certified coach and the nearest medical facility are hereby authorized to render primary medical care to my child during the camp.

Tennis (June 11th-12th) No registration forms will be taken without payment in full. Checks may be made payable to Ingleside ISD and can be delivered to the Athletic Director’s Office or the front office of any campus. There will be no refunds once payment has been made.
