APPLICATIONS WILL BE KEPT ASIDE  UNTIL THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS  ARE RECEIVED. Incomplete  applications will be send to Electronic  Filing one month after the end date  of the relevant Additional  Examination.

FAXED APPLICATIONS will be logged as  received and an e‐mail will be send to  students to confirm receipt and remind  students about submitting the original  documents. Applications will ONLY BE  PROCESSED ON RECEIPT OF ALL THE  REQUIRED ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS –  INCLUDING THE ORIGINAL  APPLICATION FORM.

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS will be  logged and an e‐mail will be send to  students requesting the outstanding  documents. The application will only be  PROCESSED ON RECEIPT OF ALL THE  REQUIRED OUTSTANDING  DOCUMENTS.

COMPLETE APPLICATIONS will be  logged and an e‐mail will be send  informing the student of the outcome  of the application – whether it is  APPROVED or DENIED and send to  Electronic Filing before  commencement of next examination.

Room D38, South Campus COMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE  FILED and send to Electronic Filing  before commencement of next  examination.
