Offer: First 50 customers to book a recurring deposit using their Net Banking or Mobile Banking App will receive movie vouchers worth Rs. 250/1. This offer has been made by Kotak Mahindra Bank (“Bank”) to the first fifty (50) customers who book a recurring deposit through Net banking and Mobile app (“Customer”). 2. The split is as follows: a) First 25 unique customers to book Recurring Deposits of value between Rs 3000 to 5000 in a day for a period of 1 year or more will get movie vouchers worth Rs 100. b) First 25 unique customers to book Recurring Deposits of value more than 5000 in a day for a period of 1 year or more will get movie vouchers worth Rs 250. c) Each customer will be eligible for one voucher only worth 100 and 250 respectively during the offer period. 3. Offer will be valid for 7 days from 1st August to 7th August 2016 both days included. 4. RD opening feature is available on the Kotak Mobile Banking App on Android & Windows smartphones only. Participation in this offer is voluntary, and any Customer participating shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. Bank merely facilitates its customers to avail the benefits of the offer and it is in no way concerned or connected with the terms and conditions of the movie voucher. 10. The Bank reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Offer, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion. 11. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, irrespective of whether any other court or tribunal has concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
