TERMS AND CONDITIONS Promotion “ENJOY THE OLYMPIC WINTER GAMES PYEONGCHANG 2018 WITH VISA AND SHINHAN CREDIT CARD” 1. Promotion period: 22th January 2018 to 29th January 2018 2. Eligible customers: Primary and Supplementary with good credit history (“Cardholders”) of Shinhan Visa Consumer Credit Cards (“Credit Card”) (including ANZ Credit Cards transferred to Shinhan Bank Vietnam) 3. Registration criterion: Cardholders register the promotion by texting “SHCARD-KOREA” to 6089 during Promotion Period and receiving the successful reply message from Shinhan. Only SMS registrations from the phone numbers which have been registered with Shinhan Credit Card are considered valid registration. 4. Prize detail: The promotion has 01 prize which is Olympic Games package with the information as below Program of 4 days 3 nights for 2 persons includes       

Deluxe accommodations with daily breakfast & some meals Olympic event tickets Ground transport to Olympic events and Visa activity Amenity/Gift item Prepaid product - $300 USD value per package Event support staff – English and Korean languages Activity

Exclusions – All items not within express inclusions, for example (but not limited to)      

Flights, train, car, taxi, or other travel costs Any meal, event and/or activity outside of program schedule including transportation Translation services Athlete appearances Guest Travel Insurance, any applicable taxes; tourist entry visas and passports Hotel incidentals (e.g. phone, mini-bar, laundry, etc.)

5. Winning condition: 5.1 Cardholder needs to reach minimum 150 accumulated credit 5.2 Prize will be given to Cardholder with the highest credit accumulated during Promotion Period 5.3 In case there is more than one cardholder having the same highest accumulated credit, the winner is the one reaching highest accumulated credit sooner 6. Credit accumulation method:

6.1 Domestic transaction is defined as transaction made in VND currency. Overseas transaction is defined as transaction made in non VND currency. Cardholders will receive 1 credit for every 100,000 domestic spending and 3 credit for every 100,000 overseas spending 6.2 Total spending will be accumulated from international & local POS & online spending of Shinhan Visa Consumer Credit Cards which Cardholders have during the promotion period. 7. Qualified transactions/cardholders: 7.1 The eligible transactions will be based on the dates the transactions are made within Promotion Period and posted to Shinhan Credit Card account no later than 30th January 2018 7.2 Transactions made by Supplementary Cardholders will be counted under the Primary Cardholders 7.3 Transactions which are converted to Instalment Plan, FlexiCash and any other fees however called, including but not limited to, the transaction processing fee, annual fees, cash advance fees, interest, credit card payment, debit adjustment, late fees or any foreign exchange trading, currencies trading and financial trading transactions are excluded from the calculation of the spending amount 7.4 This promotion is not applicable to Shinhan staff 7.5 Eligible Cardholders can be disqualified from the promotion in the event that their Shinhan Credit Card becomes delinquent, fraud, over limit, cancelled or terminated within the promotion period and gift awarding period or if their SMS registration was invalid or fraudulent 8. Result notification: 8.1 Qualified Cardholders will receive SMS notification on the cash-back from Shinhan no later than 01st February 2018. Shinhan will not be responsible for non-delivery of the notification SMS in case Cardholder has failed to provide or incorrectly provided contact details or the failure of delivery has been caused by reasons beyond control of Shinhan 8.2 Cardholder will follow redemption process will be mentioned in SMS notification to redeem prizes 9. Other terms and conditions: 9.1 For any disputes, Cardholders have to raise Shinhan for further investigation not later than 02nd February 2018. After this deadline, Shinhan will not entertain any exceptional requests 9.2 The decisions of Shinhan on all matters relating to those promotions are final, conclusive and binding and no correspondence will be entertained 9.3 To the extent permitted by laws, Shinhan reserves the right to terminate, change or otherwise deal with the promotion at any time it deems appropriate upon 3-day prior notice at Shinhan's branches/offices and/or on its website
