Terms & Conditions These Terms and Conditions govern this competition. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid. Please keep a copy for your records. Payless ShoeSource ME is operated by MH Alshaya Co. / Alshaya International Trading Co. / Dareen International Co. / Alshaya Trading Co W.L.L. / Alshaya / Alshaya Morocco S.A.S and any of their affiliates (hereinafter together called “Alshaya” for the purposes of these Terms & Conditions).
HOW TO ENTER 1. The competition commences at 8:00 AM on 26.03.2015 and closes at midnight on 01.01.2016 (the “Competition Period”). 2.
To enter this competition entrants must: a) Have their own, individual Instagram account and the profile settings must be PUBLIC b) Follow @PaylessMENA on Instagram, for the avoidance of doubt all entrants must be following @PaylessMENA at the time of judging c) During the Competition Period, upload and share an image of you wearing Payless shoes on your own Instagram account d) Tag your photo or comment with @PaylessMENA and #MyPaylessStyle. The image must be an original image taken by the entrant. All content must comply with Instagram terms of use.

All steps in clause 2 constitute one entry and multiple entries are accepted as long as the entrant has met all the entry criteria on each submission and each submission is different. No automated, bulk, third party or consumer or other group entries are permitted.

By entering this competition, entrants agree to allow Payless ShoeSource ME and Alshaya to repost the submission on their Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter accounts, website and within any promotional piece.

All submissions will be the property of Alshaya and by entering into this competition the winner agrees to reasonable publicity. Alshaya may use the name and any photos from the submission for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without compensation. Each entrant warrants to Alshaya that his or her entry does not and will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any person.

Payless ShoeSource ME and Alshaya are not responsible for incomplete or late entries. Late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected responses will be deemed invalid.
WHO CAN ENTER 7. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, residents of Kuwait / KSA / Bahrain / Jordan / Lebanon / Morocco / Egypt and not employees of Payless ShoeSource ME or Alshaya, or their immediate families, or anyone else connected with this promotion. 8.
Each entrant must provide a valid name, contact number, and email address on the form provided. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that his or her entry will not be obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, immoral, or encouraging of conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability or violate any law or regulation.
HOW TO WIN 9. Each submission will be reviewed and judged by a panel of Payless & Digital marketing. The panel will judge each response according to how relevant and creative it is. All decisions of the panel are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into. 10. We will be having 10 winners on a monthly basis. Payless has stores in 10 markets and for the competition to be fair among all participants… we will be awarding 10 shoes for free every month. 11. The prize will be awarded to the entrant who submits the most relevant and creative submission as judged by the panel. st
12. The winner will be announced on the 1 day of every month. Entrants who are not winners will not receive any notification at all. The winner shall be notified via Instagram post on their winning entry, followed by a confirmation email. THE PRIZE 13. The winner will receive a free shoe with a retail value of at least KD 4 / SR 60 / BD 6 / LE 100 / LL 20,000 / JD 11 / DH 119. 14. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram. 15. The winner is required to respond within 1 day of notification in order to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this time period will result in the prize being void and an alternative winner will be selected. 16. The winner must accept all parts of the prize; the prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there are no cash alternatives. 17. To redeem the prize in store, the winner must bring at least one form of identification (passport, etc.) and is
