Core exercises • The rol of transversus abdominis is not clear, although increasing Intra-‐abdominal pressure induce lumbar muscles acCvaCon. • Core muscles are acCvated before predicted limbs movement (Hodges & Richardson, 1996, 1998; Hodges, 1999, 2003). • Core exercises are not the only responsible to reduce back pain (Panjabi et al., 1989, Panjabi, 1992, 2003, 2006; Lederman, 2010)
