In CoStar Suite you land on a map, allowing you to visualise a market and all the properties in it, and then simply refine your search down. This means you will never miss an opportunity that may fall just outside of your search, or get “zero results found”.
Basic search
In most searches, you will just need Location (left side of screen) + Search Criteria (right side of screen) & View Results. You can use the powerful location search bar to type in your desired address, then go to the right hand side of the screen to enter your parameters.
