Provider Web Portal Quick Guide - Trading Partners A Trading Partner is someone you have authorized submit or retrieve your X12 transactions. Similar to a delegate, you can also authorize Trading Partners to perform certain Provider Web Portal functions on your behalf.

1. Login to Provider Web Portal 2. Click Manage Accounts

3. There are 3 tabs – Click Link Registered Trading Partner ID for X12 Reports tab Add New Delegate/Office Staff Used to create a new delegate code, add a new delegate, and manage delegate access.

Link Registered Delegate/Office Staff Used to delegate access to someone who already has a delegate code (even if it’s a delegate code created by another company).

Link Registered Trading Partner ID for X12 Reports

Used to authorize someone to submit or retrieve your X12 transactions. Similar to a delegate, you can also authorize Trading Partners to perform certain Provider Web Portal functions on your behalf.

4. Under the Link Registered Trading Partner ID for X12 Reports tab: Type in your Trading Partner’s TPID for the Colorado interChange. You may need to reach out to your Trading Partner for their Colorado interChange TPID.

Click Validate Trading Partner. You will only be able to validate your Trading Partner if they have enrolled as a Trading Partner for the Colorado interChange. If they have not yet enrolled, please direct them to Colorado.gov/HCPF/EDI-Support.

Select the functions you would like the Trading Partner to be able to perform on your behalf.

Select the transactions you would like the Trading Partner to be able to submit or receive on your behalf. Only the transactions your Trading Partner has been approved to transmit will be displayed.

5. Click Submit and then click Confirm
