Registering pupils on their arrival and departure Answering or making clear notes of a parent’s/pupil’s enquiries Informing ensemble leaders of any pupil absences Dealing with any issues that may arise
We are looking for someone with good interpersonal skills (not necessarily a musician!) with the ability to write clear notes to help with the smooth running of ensembles. The successful candidate will either have a current DBS or must be willing to undergo the DBS checks. The post holder would be directly responsible to the Assistant Head of Service with responsibility for ensembles. Hours are: Wednesday: 16.15 – 19.30 Pay is £9.00 per hour.
