Director of Marketing At Seattle Bank we’re building on a 70+ year history to create a modern bank, characterized by a differentiated client experience and value proposition. Our success is a result of great people, clientcentered design, and effective partnerships with third-parties. We are hiring an experienced, creative, and analytical Director of Marketing to help the Bank achieve growth and establish brand awareness based on this strategy. Our current focus on boutique private and commercial banking has been well-received by the market, resulting in high growth driven by word-of-mouth and targeted B2B selling in distinct business channels. At the same time, we have initiated several client-facing initiatives which will enhance our offering to existing segments and expand our focus to new segments. As our Director of Marketing, you will help conceive and own the implementation of the marketing plan for the Bank and potential brand extensions. You will partner with the CEO & CBO to define the metrics that best evaluate our marketing effectiveness and execute against those metrics. This is a broad-scope marketing leadership role that includes product positioning, customer segmentation, measurement, content, brand, communications, and sales enablement. You are as comfortable with quantitative data as you are with creative storytelling, and you know when to use which skill. You appreciate our vision, and will constantly watch for analogous companies (financial or otherwise) and consider trends in technology and consumer behavior that have a bearing on our strategy.
