WINDHOEK DRAUGHT LIVE MUSIC FESTIVAL The Windhoek Draught Live Music festival which was slated for Friday, 25 November 2016 at the Hage Geingob Stadium in Windhoek will not take place as scheduled after the events promoter, Namconcerts was notified by the R. Kelly management that they are experiencing internal challenges. The promoter, Namconcerts, are in negotiations with R. Kelly management and a full statement will be released once discussions have been concluded. Namconcerts expressed its disappointment and conveyed its sincere apologies to the main sponsors, Windhoek Draught and Standard Bank Namibia; our local artists, all parties involved as well as R. Kelly fans across Africa and assures ticket-holders, that if in the event of total cancellation of the show, all ticketholders will be fully refunded.
