Workforce Wellbeing Team Member What is the Summer Surge campaign? Summer is coming, bringing with it the potential for devastating emergencies such as fire and flood. Red Cross Emergency Services provides critical support to communities affected by emergency events and we are currently recruiting suitably qualified volunteers to train for a number of support roles within the Red Cross Emergency Services Incident Management Team (IMT) to boost our capacity over the summer months. What will be my key commitments when activated? ability to be rostered for up to four consecutive days available to complete a 12 hour shift available to be rostered on a 24 hour roster, inclusive of day or night shifts confident to operate efficiently and effectively under pressure What sort of training will I receive?
