Fat Binder With Vitamins A, D & E
XLS-Medical Fat Binder is made with the clinically proven fat binder Litramine™ and essential fat-soluble vitamins. XLS-Medical Fat Binder is clinically proven to bind dietary fats before it replenishes the body with fat-soluble vitamins. In fact, XLS-Medical Fat Binder is an effective weight management aid that helps you lose up to 3 times more weight than dieting alone*. XLS-Medical Fat Binder is a certified medical device product for the treatment of excess weight and general weight management. Its safety and efficacy are assessed under Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC.
The fibre complex Litramine™ binds readily with fat from food and becomes a large fat-fibre complex. As the fat-fibre complex is too large to be absorbed by the small intestine, it is eventually excreted from the body. After the fat binding phase, the essential fat-soluble vitamins A, D and E are released and absorbed by the body. This optimises the availability of fat-soluble vitamins for absorption by the body. Apart from binding fat, XLS-Medical Fat Binder also helps to manage food cravings and appetite. XLS-Medical Fat Binder Composition: Each tablet contains: Active ingredient: Litramine ; a patented fibre complex of organic plant source (prickly pear). ™
Excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, chlorophyllin. Other ingredients: Vitamin A-acetate (Retinol), vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) and vitamin E-acetate (alpha-tocopherol).
Total vitamin content of 6 tablets: Vitamin A 800 µg 5 µg Vitamin D3 Vitamin E 10 mg

Side effects have been reported very rarely. Typically these are allergic-type reactions typical of food allergies; such as rash, itching, slight swelling and mild gastrointestinal upset. In such cases, treatment should be discontinued.
XLS-Medical Fat Binder has a well-established safety profile and tolerability. It has no added artificial colourings, flavourings, salt or preservatives. Directions for Use: • For best results take 2 tablets, 3 times a day immediately after meals. • Drink plenty of water throughout the day. • Do not exceed 6 tablets daily. • You can safely continue using XLS-Medical Fat Binder after you have reached your target weight, for example after having consumed a particularly calorie rich meal, in order to help maintain your desired weight. Precautions: • Only recommended for adults over 18 years of age. The use of this product by adolescents 12-18 years old is subject to the supervision of healthcare professionals. • Seek medical advice before taking XLS-Medical Fat Binder if you are at risk of osteoporosis (e.g. postmenopausal women). • Do not take within 2 hours of taking a fat-soluble medicine (e.g. oral contraceptive pill). • XLS-Medical Fat Binder contains trace amounts of oxalic acids, which are found in many other green vegetables. If you have kidney disease or kidney stones, avoid taking this product on a regular basis. • This product contains vitamin A as retinol. Do not take: - If you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, breastfeeding or if your Body Mass Index (BMI) is below 18.5. - If you eat liver or liver products once a week; with other retinol-containing products. • Please consult your healthcare professional before taking XLS-Medical Fat Binder: - If you are diabetic, as XLS-Medical Fat Binder supports the reduction of food cravings by balancing blood glucose levels. Diabetic patients may have to adjust their daily anti-diabetic treatment to avoid hypoglycemic attacks. - If you use cholesterol-reducing medication. - If any medical condition exists.
Storage: • Keep out of the reach and sight of children. • Store in a dry place at 25°C or below. • Expiry Date: See packaging and blister.
