Zombie Kicks Begin with both arms out to the sides. Kick one leg straight out the front. Your opposite arm will reach for the opposite leg. Keep switching arms and legs as you travel forward – zombie-like! Repeat for 1 minute.

Tip Toe Side Squats On your tip toes, take wide steps to the side. Keep your hips backwards and your knees behind your toes. Repeat for 1 minute.
Dead Man Burpees Lay flat onto the floor then complete a full burpee.

Jump the feet towards the hands, stand up, and jump into the air. Repeat for 1 minute.
Rise from the Dead Roll-Ups Begin on your back with your arms overhead. Pull your arms forward, tucking your chin to your chest and peel yourself off the floor. Sit in an upright position. Roll back down to the floor. Repeat for 1 minute.

Demon Drags Begin kneeling and holding your core tight. Thrust your torso forward and catch yourself with your hands in a low modified push up position. Follow through with the push up and push yourself back up into the kneeling position. Repeat for 1 minute.
Ogre Jumps Stand with fee hip-width apart and knees slightly bent. Jump into the air bringing your knees up in front of your chest. Land softly with knees slightly bend and repeat. Repeat for 1 minute.
