By for the most popular, custom builds allow creative execution on-demand for a specific event. Our services are fully inclusive of design development, build fabrication and set up, onsight management and client liaison, storage and relationship building. We seek to be retained exhibition partners and can deliver exhibition builds anywhere in the world.

The most exciting and large scale of custom build exhibitions. These projects are unique, developed in close collaboration with client teams and PR partners and seek to leave visitors with a truly memorable brand experience and engagement. Typically these projects will be a combination of creative media utilising our services of film, animation, lighting, sound, event curation and marketing. Quite often these ‘events’ will feature as part of a larger communications campaign and be supported by a ongoing program or contributory creative.

This is the very best of the best in the long term. Our creative’s in-store brand representation as part of a permanent proposition. Working in close collaboration with the selected architectural partners, our design team is able to develop engaging consumer/ employee experiences in-store, or in the office. Projects range from company receptions to in-store kiosks and exclusive areas, through to full retail design, layout and detailing.

MODULAR SYSTEMS

Simplistic, cost effective and versatile. These simple systems can be used to create a ‘pop up’ brand experience and presence. We have a wide range of systems to choose from and deliver full adaptive art work packages to ensure visual consistencies across different size specifications.

We are able to deliver a full portfolio of POS solutions. Projects range from partnership fulfilment through to custom design and build. We cover every aspect of design and creative management and help you maximise your brand and products impact within retail.

For quicker solutions and lower budget requirements, shell-schemes offer an affordable blank canvas that help you to stand out from the crowd. Our in-house art working studio can create immersive, full volume graphics and print. They can also combine AV, furniture, and layout to maximise your impact. We also provide modular options to give a greater enhancement of the shell scheme space, including backlit walls and mood lighting.

Working with a wide range of system providers, modular systems give a high level of custom flexibility, as well as being an easily transportable platform. Systems can be rented or purchased where we managed the design, configuration, set up, storage and maintenance.

On occasion we do pursue opportunities on a speculative basis, however only do so on the grounds of having in-person dialogue, visibility of the full project budget and direct contact with the principal

decision makers. All projects involve development. Development with WMP requires a contractional relationship to first be in place.

Design is an inherently iterative process. It takes time and commitment to complete this journey and deliver real success. Our team is well versed in transitioning an initial idea into a full creative proposition and ultimately a final build. Lauren is an experienced and creative project manager, responsible for managing the exhibition department at WMP.

Russell has been in the industry for over 30 years. A carpenter and joiner by trade, he works with plastics, metals, aluminium, timbers and pretty much anything else!

Zoe has over 10 years experience designing exhibitions, branded environments and interiors for a wide variety of clients across the globe.

Ashley started his career in 1988, and since then has had a vast range of experience in graphic design and advertising.

Having worked in most of the UK’s exhibition venues as well as Europe and beyond, Russell is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very hands on.

Clients range from telecoms and automotive to aerospace and fashion industries, with projects ranging from one off events and double storey exhibitions to interior/ exterior office environments and hospitality suites.

The core team consists of:

Lauren provides a bridge between clients and the design and development teams, and uses her knowledge and experience to confidently deliver excellent results. She takes the lead on projects and manages third-party contractors to ensure that schedules and budgets remain on track.

His skill set is wide reaching and includes fitting graphics, electrics, shop fitting, point of sale, signage, roadshows and conferences. Russell specialises in double deckers with his largest stand built to date being 250 sq m.


Beginning with pen and paper sketches, Zoe develops these to CAD working drawings with full specifications from the flooring to light fixtures. These are brought to life in coloured 3D sketches for initial presentations to final full presentation computer generated 3D visuals or detailed animations.

During this time he has played a major design role in campaigns for a series of high end brands – including: Bentley, Ducati, Kenwood, Laing O’Rouke, Mercedes Benz, Sony and many others. Key areas of expertise include a flair for creating brand identities, printed marketing communications materials including brochures and national and international press advertising campaigns.

3M 100% Design, Architectural Markets In collaboration with Todd Bracher Studio in New York, WMP created this showcase of the latest product innovations for architectural markets from 3M. Products on display at the exhibition included a preview of the ultra-sophisticated lighting innovations designed by Todd Bracher; shimmering, colour-shifting Dichroic Glass Finishes; Di-Noc architectural finishes; and Fasara glass finishes.


WITHINGS IFA WMP designed this double storey exhibition stand for Withings to demonstrate and showcase their range of smart fitness devices. The challenge was to display the wide range of devices in realistic home-style environments, and also provide sufficient meeting areas within the 3.5m x 10m space. Products on display included ‘Home’, the new smart HD Camera which was launched at IFA, ‘Activite’ a stylish Swiss-made watch featuring an activity tracker, and ‘Aura’ the revolutionary new sleep tracker.


WITHINGS John Lewis Roof Garden Our summer roof garden installation for Withings was an interactive zone set up on the roof of John Lewis, Oxford Street. Designed to provide a fun and quirky space to relax and pop in for a free health check, the space was very informal and relaxed for visitors, whilst also giving them an opportunity to try a wide range of Withings products.


TP-LINK Broadband World Forum WMP designed, built and project managed TP-LINK’s modern and spacious stand for Broadband World Forum 2015 in London ExCeL. The stand was used as a tool to display TP-LINK’s vast array of tech products in a clean and simple style. The exhibition space was enhanced with subtle video and animation to showcase and promote the featured products on the stand.


WITHINGS Wearable Technology Show WMP designed this exhibition stand for Withings to demonstrate and showcase their range of smart fitness devices. The challenge was to create a number of flexible display units that can be reused throughout the year at a wide range of different exhibitions, and also to present the whole ecosystem as a whole. Products on display included ‘Home’, their smart HD Camera, ‘Activite’ a stylish Swiss-made watch featuring an activity tracker, and ‘Pop’ the brand new watch and activity tracker which comes in a wide range of colours.


QATAR 2022 Aspire4Sport Stand Q22 had an interesting brief for this stand - to present the new branding only on the interior, the exterior providing a thought provoking 'teaser'. Our design used light boxes on the exterior whilst the interior provided an engaging brand experience.


SONY Broadcast Live Show Sony requested a stand design concept for the Broadcast Live show, which could be adapted for two other exhibition spaces. By designing three concepts as a package, maximum value could be achieved over the course of the three shows. The concept was designed to reflect the modern style associated with Sony, and to allow for consistent messaging.


3M FESPA 3M’s Commercial Graphics Division asked WMP to design, build and oversee an exhibition stand to promote their product range at FESPA 2013. WMP came up with the idea of a street scene that could demonstrate all the areas of the product range such as vehicle wrapping, commercial window graphics and train graphics. Live demonstrations and tutorials were given by professional vehicle wrappers to demonstrate the capabilities of the products.


GOODMANS Euronics Tradeshow The challenge with this show was to create a stand design within the limitations of the shell scheme space, which displayed the Goodmans range of connected-home products in an accessible and creative way. Whilst also designing something that could be easily re-used. We designed this stand to include a ‘connected home’ area at the forefront of the space to show how the range of products work seamlessly together, and also presented the full range of Goodmans products in a stylish way.


WITHINGS Paris Games Week This stand concept was designed to show the range of Withings products in a home-like environment. Withings have a full ecosystem of products for wellness which are used in all areas of the home - and this concept was designed to reflect this.


DAIICHI SANKYO Staff Conference & Exhibition The introduction of new structures at the NHS has lead to a need to do business very differently. Our campaign helps instigate new ways of thinking amongst staff in a way that is memorable and non-threatening.


3M Traffex Part of 3M’s vast product range includes Specialised material for use in the manufacture of road signage. Where previous exhibitions had been lacking in an engaging aesthetic, WMP were asked to help develop a more engaging and fun exhibition stand to demonstrate the characteristics of the product range. WMP developed a colourful and eyecatching concept based around a country road landscape with cut-outs of wildlife and astroturf.


3M FESPA Stand How do you engage an audience and promote understanding of a wide range of products? You land a spaceship in an exhibition hall! In order to create maximum traffic and understanding of the wide range of 3M Scotchprint Graphics products, we designed and built a spaceship for 3M’s exhibition stand at Fespa in Munich. Featuring aliens landing and investigating products so hot that they must have come from another planet, the effect was extremely memorable. The show monopolised the hall and generated maximum interest for our client.
