Key Qualifications Remote software, network and router troubleshooting experience Manufacturing environment work experience preferred Experience working under demanding deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills in English Other European language(s) as an advantage Extremely organized and on-task with an eye for details Ability to work with multiple teams in a cross-functional and international environment Following clear and concise documentation standards Experience working with various enterprise tool (i.e - SAP, MES) A good allrounder with hands-on and preferably a technical / IT oriented MBO or higher education level

Perform requested component testing - Troubleshooting components Remote software installation and configuration Remote network and IP configuration Filing bug reports on issues in testing/troubleshooting Prepare and Maintain stock and inventory levels Configuration and shipping of Fulfillment Order, processing Backfill Order Constructing reports based on fulfillment trends Documenting and Maintaining procedures (SOP) Assisting with fulfillment, packing & shipping parts and inventory management

Working time and work location
You will initially follow 2 to 4 weeks training into your new job, this training will take place in CA, USA. Travel cost and hospitality is provided. To travel to the USA, a valid passport is required. When returning from training, the work location will shortly be in 4341 Arnemuiden until the Eindhoven HUB is configured. Travel cost compensation is provided. Irregular working hours may exceptionally extend some days until 7 pm.
Contract period
Initial contract is a fix term for 6 months, starting Aug. 15th, 2017 or as soon as possible Thereafter, the right person will be proposed a permanent contract
