WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR CDD is primarily looking for an well-rounded Full Stack Developer individual that loves to write quality code, make robust features and solve development problems. We want to see an individual that can compliment our creative ideas and enhance them with quality. You will need to work within a team of developers to bring ideas to the table and push projects in the right direction. At CDD, we don't sit back. We want a Full Stack Developer who wants to be inspired and inspire others with their work. The role presents itself with the opportunity to develop into an area that you love and help the CDD team grow their development reputation to another level. Your Experience: Whatever your experience in the digital industry (preferably agency side), you should have strong skills with CSS, HTML and Javascript. You will have an in-depth knowledge of PHP, as we work with WordPress, Perch and Drupal and other leading CMS and open-source frameworks - and a good understanding of OOP practices is a must.

You'll be comfortable contributing to the entire development process from estimating, planning, building, testing and deployment, and be confident in front of our clients. We realise this is a broad spectrum - so if you don’t have all the experience but you’ve got all the desire and drive, talk to us. Core Skills: ● HTML5 ● CSS3/SASS (animations and transitions) ● Javascript/JQuery ● PHP (OOP) ● MySQL ● Good command line knowledge, working with various Linux distributions ● GIT Bonus: ● Yeoman ● Gulp ● Bower ● NPM ● MAMP ● Angular ● Unit Testing

Ideally you’ll have 2+ years’ experience in an agency, be a strong and enthusiastic communicator who enjoys taking responsibility for executing the creative vision on projects that could reach hundreds of thousands of users on a global scale. You are passionate about your work, you thrive under pressure and offer a flexible approach to working. You relish the opportunity to experiment with new technology and to learn something new; innovation runs deep within CDD, and your skills and abilities will be pushed as we seek to understand and utilise emerging technologies. Salary Expectations and Benefits: Salary will be based on talent and experience level.
