Understanding of object­oriented techniques, classic and contemporary programming  design patterns.  5+ years experience PHP, HTML, CSS and MySQL or other relational DB.  2+ years focus on JavaScript development (Node.js or equivalent platform).  Experience interacting with third party APIs and Web Service  Moderate level of Linux experience.  Git experience and/or experience working with version control systems. 

 

Highly desirable ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ●

Experience with Twig, Aura  Composer \ NPM dependency management  Experience with Redis or other nosql DB.   Experience implementing responsive design with a focus on UX  CSS compilers (LESS & SASS would be a plus)  JIRA or other issue tracking system  Systems administration experience  Nginx/Apache & shell scripting  AWS or other cloud technology  Agile methodologies  Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration.
