Carolyn Taylor heads the Shiseido operation in the UK overseeing three prestigious brands of Decléor, Carita and Shiseido. Respected throughout the industry for her uniquely comprehensive knowledge of retail, marketing and strategic development, Carolyn brings a visionary and holistic perspective to the brands that she controls, a perspective that she also brings to the Strategic Committee of Shiseido Europe. Carolyn Taylor has worked with the Decléor brand for over 20 years and comes from a strong Retail background having previously worked with companies such as Dior, Estee Lauder and Revlon. She was closely involved in developing the expansion of the Decléor Brand into the Retail sector and also developed the sales of Decléor on the shopping channel QVC and for the first ten years presented the show. Following Shiseido Group’s acquisition of Decleor UK in January 2004, in 2007 the Shiseido Group’s three brands Decléor, Carita and Shiseido were fully integrated. In April 2007 Carolyn Taylor was appointed to head up the three brands for the UK market.
