Container Lifters

HM 990 Mobile Container Lifter for small containers – model 2010 – safe, simple handling – lifting, lowering, transporting Lifters hold small containers at just the right ergonomic height. The general-purpose lifters are an excellent solution for production, installation, repair and many other applications. They eliminate fatigue in the workplace and are a very useful piece of equipment at many workstations. The HM 990 lifter has an automatic mechanical drive system which completely eliminates any dependency on external power sources. These lifters come with smooth-running swivel castors and ergonomic handles, making it easy to move them to the point of use. Automatic weight-dependent adjustment ensures an ergonomic workflow. The lifters are mounted on castors with locking brakes, so that they can easily be moved from one place to another. 3- and 4-wheel versions are available. A crank is used to adjust the auto-mechanical drive via a spindle. See the adjustment diagram for guidelines.

HM 990 Mobile Container Lifter – model 2010 A set of pre-tensioned steel springs provides drive power which is transferred to the platform via a roller system. High-quality, rugged design ensures trouble-free operation with zero maintenance. Completely enclosed for added safety. Ergonomic handles make the lifter easy to move. Removable retaining strips secure the load on the platform. The lifting platform can be replaced, and special sizes and shapes can be provided. Price on request.

HP 200 / HP 250 / HP 300 / HP 500 lifters are designed to handle dollies and single containers. Primarily designed for small (parts) containers, carts, mesh baskets, etc. Material is held at an ergonomic height where it is easy to reach, eliminating fatigue and reducing back stress. Wheels with locking brakes are available as an option so that you can use the lifters anywhere you need them. A joystick with dead man’s function is located at the top for continuous adjustment of the working height. Users can easily set the working and access height to suit their individual needs. The pneumatic drive valve system complies with the latest safety standards. The load carrier is fixed securely in place even if a hose ruptures. Optimal solutions for material handling systems, roller conveyors, machine workpiece delivery, dispatch picking operations and much more. Designed for loads between 1,000 and 2,000 kg. Effortless lifting, lowering and positioning of containers and flat pallets. Pallets and containers are placed on the lift with a manual forklift truck. A compact, electro-hydraulic drive raises and lowers the load to any height within the operating range. Because the lifters are bolted to the floor, there are no protruding edges and the walking space underneath is totally unobstructed. The drive is built right into the lifter, eliminating the risk of tripping over hydraulic lines, control cables, etc. The height on the HE pallet lifter can be continuously adjusted to any position. Lifting motion is provided by an electro-hydraulic drive unit. A control switch is provided for height adjustment. HE 1010-S with plexiglass protective screens and lateral spacer rails

The HE pallet lifter is designed for heavy-duty use. The load pick-ups (including special load carriers) are attached to the base unit (frame, lifting skid and drive unit). The lifters can also be configured for loading from the side. The roller bearings are generously dimensioned. All of the drive elements are made of high-quality materials. Durability is a major feature of the rugged, maintenance-friendly design. Control: operator presence control (dead man's circuit) with manual pushbutton switch. Travel limit switches. Includes hose rupture safety valve to prevent uncontrolled lowering if a hose ruptures.

Lift and Tilt Stands

NHE 304/305 Mobile Lift and Tilt Stands for Standard Containers – electro-hydraulic drive • autonomous material handling • immediately ready for use Mobile container lift and tilt stands are used to deliver material to machines such as presses and punches, increasing the efficiency of assembly workstations. The stands are compatible with all commonly-used standard containers and pallets. They have swivelling wheels with locking brakes which makes it easy to move them to the place where they are needed. Containers can be loaded onto the lifts and moved without the need for a forklift or hand pallet truck. The stands can lift and tilt containers depending on the version. They come with either a hand-operated hydraulic pump or an electro-hydraulic system. These autonomous lift and tilt stands make work much easier. They are completely independent of other material handling systems, and they are a significant productivity enhancement. This version features continuous height and tilt adjustment of the load pickup. Pushbutton switches are provided to control the electro-hydraulic drive without interrupting the workflow. The lift and tilt stands make work a lot easier in industrial production environments. During a power failure, the load pick-up remains in the selected position. They also have an emergency lowering feature. A safety valve or throttle prevents uncontrolled lowering in case a hose ruptures. The motor has a thermal protection switch. A pressure relief valve prevents hydraulic system overload. All electro-hydraulic versions are fitted with sensor-controlled safety contact strips.
