1. Click on the Create box on the left side.

2. Work Type: Choose unpaid volunteer 3. Then choose, Click to Create a New Opportunity - Title of This Opportunity - type in the place you volunteer such as Salvation Army - Also complete a Job Description/Occupation -Complete the start date and end date 4. Add a New Agency-put the same as your Title of Opportunity

5. Choose a mentor-this is someone who can verify your volunteer hours at “Salvation Army.” You will need an email address of your worksite mentor. They will receive an email asking to verify your volunteer hours. THIS IS HOW YOUR HOURS GET APPROVED AND COUNT TOWARD THE 36-HOUR REQUIREMENT! 6. Complete the hours, skills, I learned, and I feel sections

7. The last section is optional which includes, teacher, service area, cluster, and categories of service. 8. Finally choose Save & Finalize & Submit for Approval
