HSBC Debit Card - Terms and conditions governing HSBC Debit Card bill payment promotion 1. This Promotion is valid from 4 February to 31 March 2016, both dates inclusive or such other date(s) as may be determined by HSBC at its discretion ("Promotional Period"). 2. This Promotion is applicable to all HSBC Debit Card holders ("Cardholders") of any valid and existing HSBC debit card issued in Singapore except HSBC Corporate Debit cards (each, a "Card"). 3. "Qualifying Bill Payment" means a successful bill payment (excluding IRAS bill payment) of minimum S$800 using NETS functionality during the Promotional Period made at any AXS station in Singapore using the Card. The following transactions do not constitute valid Qualifying Spend transactions for purposes of this Promotion: a. Transactions using VISA functionality; or b. Bill Payment made using AXS Plus, AXS e-station and AXS m-station mobile app 4. The first 5000 Cardholders who make a Qualifying Bill Payment at any AXS station in Singapore using their Card in a single transaction during the Promotional Period will qualify for a S$10 Cold Storage voucher (“Voucher”). 5. The Voucher will be dispensed to each of the first 5000 eligible Cardholders from the relevant AXS station after each Qualifying Bill Payment is duly completed. 6. For every minimum Qualifying Bill Payment of S$800 in a single transaction, each Cardholder is qualified to redeem one (1) Voucher. Each Cardholder can redeem up to a maximum of two (2) Vouchers per calendar day per Card, regardless of the number of Qualifying Bill Payments made using the Card. The amounts on separate transactions cannot be aggregated to meet the minimum S$800 Qualifying Bill Payment requirement to qualify for the Voucher. 7. The Vouchers are limited to 5000 pieces and are available on a first-come-first-served, while stocks last basis. 8. Each Voucher is valid for use at any Cold Storage outlet in Singapore from 4 February to 31 May 2016, and any amount in excess of the Voucher value must be paid using an HSBC debit card issued in Singapore. The Voucher will be retained by Cold Storage after usage. 9. There will be no replacement of lost, defaced, torn, damaged or stolen Vouchers. 10. Any unutilised and/or expired Vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. 11. The Voucher is not valid for use in conjunction with other promotions, privileges or vouchers, unless stated otherwise.
12. Should there be any Voucher redemption issue, the Cardholder is required to contact HSBC at 1800 4722 669 within 3 calendar days from and including the transaction date. Any requests received thereafter shall not be entertained. 13. HSBC is not the supplier of and accepts no liability for the goods and/or services provided by the merchant involved in this Promotion. 14.
