Coordinator Experts & Ambassadors e.g. NSF-ADVANCE (US) & Athena SWAN (UK) Awardees

I The INTEGER Strategy • Securing top-level support (Partnership Group) • Forming mixed gender & grade implementation teams • Carrying out a detailed baseline data assessment (statistics, on-line survey, site visits to Faculties/Schools/Labs) • Refining & implementing tailored transformational gender action plans • Aligning these T-GAPs with institutional agendas, national laws & regulations and EC policies and recommendations

• Exchanging experience & best practice between project partners, with Ambassadors and mentoring peer institutions, as well as with other FP7-funded projects • Developing a tailor-made, comprehensive, formative and summative evaluation scheme, and adapting T-GAPs accordingly

• Sharing our experience, tools and learning through Guidelines, including how-to guides, case studies, an evaluation toolkit, and through a set of final regional dissemination conferences.
