Potential Contributions and Research Interests The Intelligent User Interfaces Laboratory hosts a large team of MS and PhD students, as well as postdocs. The general research thrust in the lab aims to build better interfaces that are natural and easy to use. Projects in the lab typically have strong foundations in machine learning, psychology and user interaction. The team would be interested in participating in consortia that require expertise in machine learning, data analytics, user interaction, and statistical analysis. The team comes with the experience of three multi-partner EU/ERA-NET projects. The lab owns state of the art robotic systems, eye gaze trackers, motion trackers, and has access to cluster computing facilities.
