United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, Wales) An official high school transcript with grading scale for school years 9 (Form 3) and higher if one or more of the GCSE, AS, or A exams noted below will be missing and school stamped photo copies of all GCSE (General Certificate of Secondary Education) exam Certificates and if taken, GCE (General Certificate of Education) certificates for AS and A level exams, BTEC National Certificate, BTEC National Diploma, NVQ Advanced level 3 Award. The NCAA Eligibility Center also accepts stamped copies of Provisional Result Statements issued by the examining body. GCSE exams must be completed no later than year 11 (Form 5). To meet core-course requirements, students should take one exam in each of the underlined areas: English, science (selected from Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Physics, and Science (Applied Science is not useable), mathematics, social sciences (selected from Citizenship Studies, Classical Civilization, Economics, Geography, History, Humanities, Law, Modern Studies, Psychology, Sociology), and one additional exam selected from the previous exams noted or any foreign language or philosophy. If you present more than one exam from an area, the NCAA Eligibility Center will use the exam with the highest score.
