ITIL Change Management Solution for a global systems integrator responsible for integrating applications for an in-vehicle security system. As part of the ITIL Service Support component, the overarching goal was to minimize the risk of production outages/incidents due to changes made to the system. The Accretive Solutions team established a Change Management process for the client, integrated and streamlined the development supplier change process into the enterprise change process/ schedule, and provided on-going management of the process and enterprise alignment.
Implemented
ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Level and Knowledge Management processes with a global energy company. Activities included building a single Configuration Management Database (CMDB), defining configuration items, and identifying and training configuration item owners (business and IT). The team defined application classification criteria and categorized existing systems to facilitate the appropriate level of service based on business criticality. The team also defined standard tools and processes for all in-scope areas of ITIL and rolled them out across the IT organization. The ITIL effort resulted in a 20% reduction in IT headcount, 40% reduction in cost of delivery of IT Services and a perceived improvement in value added by IT to the business.
Implemented ITIL Incident and Problem Management for a technology company. The engagement involved the management of 35 third-party resources for technical support of one of the client’s business critical systems. The goal and result was a successful implementation of both ITIL Incident and

Problem management processes, enabling significant improvements to day-to-day operations. Implemented
a Service Transition solution for a global manufacturing company. Accomplishments included establishing a Transition Management Office (TMO) that provided systems Transition to Operations & Sustainment Services. This service greatly aided in the reduction of system outages and failed deployments. The success of the service captured the attention of other business units within the company, some of whom adopted the framework as well.
Developed,
implemented and managed a Change and Release Management program for a technology company. The AS team established Release and Change Management processes, a program level Change Advisory Board (CAB) and a supporting impact analysis review. The processes established through this program set the stage for enterprise-wide Operations Service Management process improvements.

multiple ITIL Executive seminars across many business sectors, including Financial Services, Commercial Real Estate and Construction. As Executive Sponsorship is a critical component of any initiative or change, our goal was to present key IT Service Management concepts and provide an understanding of the business value and benefits of the ITIL model. The result was a clearer understanding of the model and how it improves IT service delivery and support.
