KSI: I Am A Bell-End User Generated Content Competition Terms and Conditions Introduction References to the “Entrant” are references to the author of the entry (the “Entry”) submitted to the competition detailed below. References to “the Promoter” are references to The Orion Publishing Group Limited, Carmelite House, 50 Victoria Embankment, London, EC4Y 0DZ. These Terms and Conditions apply to the “KSI: I Am A Bell-End User Generated Content Competition” (the “Competition”). By entering this Competition, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Competition. How to Enter This Competition is open to anyone aged 16 years and above who is resident in the United Kingdom except for those whose immediate families are employees of the Promoter or KSI or of any company affiliated or connected with The Promoter or KSI. If an Entrant is under 16 years of age he or she must have consent from their parent or guardian to enter this Competition. If a winner is under 18 years of age, he or she will be asked to have his or her parent or guardian complete waivers, consent forms and/or other documentation as a prerequisite for being awarded the Prize. In order to enter the Competition, each Entrant must submit an Entry to [email protected] one of the following categories: • An “Ugly Selfie” of yourself • An opening line for use on the Tinder app • A picture of yourself admitting you’re a bell-end (in whatever way you like) Entries will not be accepted if submitted via agents, third parties or in bulk. The Competition opens at 12:01am BST on 23rd May 2015 and closes at 11:59pm BST the 29th May 2015 (the “Closing Date”), so please ensure that the Entry is emailed between these dates as an Entry received outside these dates and times will not be eligible for entry into the Competition. The Promoter is not responsible for delay or loss of your Entry. Each Entrant may submit one Entry in each category only. Second or subsequent entries in each category will be disqualified. Any Entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted by The Promoter. There is no purchase necessary to enter this Competition. Conditions of Entry You warrant to the Promoter that you are aged 16 years or above and that your Entry is original to you; does not infringe copyright or any other intellectual property right of any other person or third party; does not defame or violate the privacy rights of any third party; does not infringe any other legal rights, regulations or laws and, if submitting a photograph that such photograph is of you and no other person. In entering this Competition you hereby grant to the Promoter an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence of all copyright and rights in the nature of copyright subsisting in the Entry in any language and in any part of the world to which you are, or may become, entitled (the “Licence”). You being the sole author of the Entry will waive all moral rights in respect of the use to be made of the Entry under this Licence to which you may now or at any future time be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or under any similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world. In particular, under the Licence, the Promoter may:

Reproduce the Entry in whole or in part in any media format, including but not limited to print, digital publishing, and audio; Reproduce the Entry in whole or in part in any advertising or promotional material associated with this competition; and Grant sub-licences of the Entry to any third party and to Olajide Olatunji (a.k.a. KSI) to publish the Entry in whole or in part in any media format, including but not limited to print, online and digital publishing. Subject to the Licence, Entrants will retain the legal ownership of the copyright in their Entries. By entering this competition you agree and if necessary, have consent for a parent or guardian if you are under 16, that your name and country of residence may be published by the Promoter and Olajide Olatunji (a.k.a. KSI) against the Entry wherever it is reproduced by the Promoter and Olajide Olatunji (a.k.a. KSI). Prizes and Judging After the Closing Date, the Promoter and Olajide Olatunji (a.k.a. KSI) will select at their absolute discretion the winning Entry or Entries, of which there may be more than one. The criteria given by the judges include, but are not limited to, how funny, original and clever the entries are. Credit will also be given for original locations. The winning Entries will be notified by email by the Promoter and Olajide Olatunji (a.k.a. KSI) on or after 1st July 2015. The overall prize for the winning Entry (or Entries) will be:1) Reproduction of the content on the appropriate pages of KSI: I Am A Bell-End by Olajide Olatunji (a.k.a. KSI), to be published on or about 24th September 2015 (this date may be subject to change by The Promoter) by the Orion Publishing Group (HB 9781409161233; Ebook 9781409161240) and in any further editions of KSI: I Am A Bell-End by KSI published by or under license from The Promoter. 2) A print copy of KSI: I Am A Bell-End, 9781409161233 signed by Olajide Olatunji (a.k.a. KSI) (together the “Prize”). The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to this competition. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or cancel the Prize without notice. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternatives to the Prize will be provided. The Prizes is not exchangeable for cash or any other prize. The Promoter is not responsible for contacting or forwarding Prizes ro entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed. To obtain details of the winner (or winners) please email [email protected] stating the name of the competition in the subject heading and the date of the Competition. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, The Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into. All prizes are subject to availability. Entries submitted via the online form will be securely stored on the server of Hachette UK Ltd. They will only be accessible to the Promoter and the records will be destroyed at the end of the competition.
