They can take at maximum 50% of their credits per semester in other departments than EIC at Yonsei University Wonju Campus. The courses taught in Korean require a certain level of Korean language proficiency. They also can take part in seminars at Yonsei University. Language courses for exchange Level One (basic) and Three (intermediate) courses of students. Korean, Chinese, Japanese and Russian languages are opened in Spring semester, whereas Level Two (basic) and Four (intermediate) courses in Fall semester. Selective Readings I and II (advanced) in Chinese, Japanese are opened respectively in Spring and Fall semesters.

Dormitory: For Global Village exchange students, a four-person room is assigned by the Int’l Education Center free of charge including utility. For non-GV exchange students, Three types of dormitories in option ranging from 500,000 to 1,000,000 KRW including utility per semester. All dormitories are on campus, and meals must be purchased individually in university cafeterias and restaurants, ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 KRW per meal. For examples: Meals: 3,000 KRW x 3 times x 30 days = 270,000 KRW Gym facilities: 50,000 KRW per semester Off-campus Bus service in Wonju: 3,000 x 4 times = 12,000 KRW per month Round-trip to Seoul: 30,000 KRW x 1 time = 30,000 KRW per month
