Instructions 1. Get permission from an adult to use these materials 2. Nail the brooms together and use the extra wood to keep the whole thing together so it won’t tip over. Make sure it’s firmly planted in the ground. Use the string to tie the sides together. 3. Drill two holes in the top of each side of the funnel. Loop the exercise band through the funnel and tie each side to the launcher. 4. Give your launcher a fun name. Ellie names hers “The Water Empress.” 5.
