Quest International Users Group Implements Oracle Fusion CRM An Oracle User Group Becomes an Oracle Fusion Customer March 5, 2013 (Lexington, Ky.)- Quest International Users Group, an independent Oracle users group for PeopleSoft and JD Edwards users, has implemented Oracle Fusion CRM to streamline internal processes and adapt its benefits, events and communications to meet the specific needs of each Quest member. Oracle Fusion CRM was chosen from a slate of five possible CRM providers because it is highly configurable, has a relatively low cost for implementation and maintenance, has the available functionality Quest required and the option of an integrated marketing tool. “Quest members have increasingly requested more customized communications, content, benefits and events based on their Oracle product and specific job role,” said Jeff West, Quest Board of Directors president. “With Oracle Fusion CRM, we will be able to collect and analyze information to better tailor each person’s Quest experience, whether online, in person or on the phone with a Quest staff member. This new tool will allow us to hit new levels of satisfaction and value around member benefits and interactions.” Quest has formed two new Special Interest Groups to unite the communities that are currently using Fusion CRM or other Oracle CRM On Demand products. The Fusion CRM SIG, led by Diane Dougherty of Quest, and the CRM On Demand SIG, led by Kathleen Ryman of Trex Company, Inc., will both have meetings at COLLABORATE 13, April 7-11, 2013 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado. COLLABORATE 13 will also feature an education session presented by the Quest CRM Project Manager that will highlight the implementation of the Fusion CRM product. Part of Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle Fusion Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a 100 percent open, standards­based set of integrated CRM modules designed to work as a complete sales solution or as modular extensions to your existing CRM applications portfolio. After a traditional RFP process, Quest secured Accelas Solutions as an implementation partner. There are three phases to the implementation, with a projected completion of late 2013.
