BABY IT’S COLD OUTSIDE: A Musical Cabaret and Fundraiser SILENT AUCTION RULES: 1. Each item has the following information in the catalogue and on its bid sheet: a. Value – the monetary value of the item b. Starting bid – the minimum bid needed to win the item c. Increment – subsequent bids after the starting bid must be increased by at least the amount of the stated increment. It can be more! d. Buy it Now – If you just don’t like playing the auction game and just really, really want an item, then almost all items can be secured by entering the Buy it Now amount on the bottom of the bid sheet. It is always somewhat more than the listed value! 2. Please enter your full name when you bid. 3. IF YOU CAN’T ATTEND the silent auction but still want to bid, you can email
[email protected] with the item number(s) you wish to bid on along with your maximum bid for each of those items and we will assign a bidder to do your bidding! The assigned bidder will follow the starting bid and increments until they reach your maximum. They will do their best to secure the item(s) without reaching your maximum. 4. Bidding will open when the doors open at 7:30 and will close 2 minutes prior to the end of intermission. 5. Winning bidders will be determined immediately, and bills will be available to be paid at the bar after the third song of the second act until the end of the show. Upon payment you will be presented with a receipt. At the end of the show present the receipt at the exit to pick up your items.
