2. Course Assessment i) 2 x mini-‐projects (weighted at 10% each of overall mark): Tasks to be confirmed. ii) A written review (1,000 words approx.) of a website or app for language learning (weighted at 30% of overall mark). Deadline: Wednesday 1st November 2017 @ 23:59pm. (You will be required to upload your essay to QMPlus). iii) The creation of a language-‐related website (5-‐8 pages in length), which demonstrates extensive familiarity with the Web and enough insight in the stipulated subject areas to choose appropriate links and other material. The site should be approved by the course organisers and accompanied by a report (1,500 words approx.), which demonstrates considerable application and extension of skills in any area of the course. (Weighted at 50% of overall mark). Deadline: Monday 8th January 2018 @ 23:59pm (You will be required to make your website available on the world-‐wide-‐web, and to upload your essay to QMPlus). 3.
