1. Introduction The Sound Sensor Module is designed to use as a sound/audio detection. This sensor module can only detect the present of sound/audio, but not to differentiate the sound’s level. User may use it to detect sound and further determine whether human or animal is present in a room. There is only digital output. Sensitivity of sensor module can be adjusted through the adjustor on the module. Specification:  Input Voltage: DC 3.3V to 5V  Output: Digital

Sensitivity Adjustor for High / Low Digital Output  Clockwise for reducing sensitivity  Anticlockwise for increasing sensitivity

4. Sample Hardware Installation and Sample Source Code Diagram below shows the hardware connection between Sound Sensor Module and Arduino UNO. Besides Arduino, it may interface with any microcontroller such as PIC and etc.   

To obtain the result, please get the sample source code and burn it into Arduino. After that, open the “Serial Monitor” to see the result.

Product warranty is valid for 1 month. Warranty only applies to manufacturing defect. Damaged caused by misuse is not covered under warranty. Warranty does not cover shipping cost for both ways.
