Pri kliku na navigacijski gumb za pomik na začetno stran dobimo obvestilo, da stran sploh ne obstaja. Gumb za odpiranje datoteke je pomaknjen bolj v levo kot na drugih spletnih straneh.

Poglavje 14.1.1.

PREDLOG: poenotiti namestitev gumba za odpiranje datoteke. Barva ozadja je neprimerna za osebe z barvno slepoto.

Proposed methodology  14 participants devided into two groups:  2 groups of 6 students  1 expert for each group

 Each student receive:  Questionnaire for level A (25 questions) (4 questions for each student!)

 Template for report  Links to Web pages (own accounts!)

 One week work (for five web pages)  At the end – discussion session (all together with both experts)

Improvement  Suggested changes prepared in two weeks with 14 persons => 14 man-days  Originally: 6 experts for all success criteria + 30 minutes for each criteria: (6 * 0,5 * 25 * 5) / 8 hours => => 47 man-days for five web pages for level A! 9

What is missing?  E-Learning Design historically has not included accessible design for people with disabilities  E-Learning developers have lacked training, tools and resources to design accessible systems

 Goverments & Businesses had no incentive to address accessible or universal design  Long lasting usability evaluation testing on accessibility Proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of public sector bodies' websites
