To complete valuations of client portfolios. To keep the firm’s database up-to-date by importing new data, updating records and performing any necessary cross checks. To provide support to managers and the team with printing, photocopying and binding. To assist with mailshots and typing. To carry out diary management for both internal and external meetings. To carry out Smart Searches via the internet as requested. To carry out, efficiently and effectively, a variety of administration duties to include general ad-hoc office duties as required and in line with experience, skills and training.

Be familiar with the use of recognised software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Have excellent verbal and written communication skills as there will be contact with clients at all levels. Have good organisational skills as well as the ability to take initiative and contribute to the effective running of the department. Energy and enthusiasm. Focus and attention to detail. Good IT skills. 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English at grade B or above, or grade 5 or above in the new grading structure.
