Announcing New Course and Certification COMMVAULT CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL The Commvault Data Platform has been available for over 2 years now and during that time we’ve released numerous, significant feature enhancements. With all these improvements and updates, we’ve also evolved our technical training and certification to ensure that your data management skills keep pace and your accomplishments are recognized.

You are encouraged to take advantage of these updates and become a Commvault Certified Professional. The certification course and exam were introduced to attendees of Commvault GO® 2017 and are now available to all customers. This new, single certification exam replaces our Core Fundamentals and Implementation and Maintenance (I&M) exams.

COMMVAULT PROFESSIONAL COURSE Our new 5-day Commvault Professional course provides the essential information you need to quickly get your Commvault environment up and running with optimum performance! The course highlights capabilities in recent service packs and provides an in-depth look at: • CommServe configuration and MediaAgent design, • Agent deployment • Storage configuration • Virtual data protection

• Hardware and software snapshots • Data security • Ransomware protection

The Commvault Professional course is balanced between technical discussions and hands-on labs using our CVLab environment, Admin Console and CommCell Console. Completion of this course helps you prepare for the Commvault Professional Certification exam. Please note, that the Commvault Professional course replaces both our Core Fundamentals and the Implementation and Maintenance courses.
