Appliance Switches DOOR INTERLOCK DLS 98 TEKNIC Inter Lock Switch has been developed as a Safety Door-Switch & is used in all those locations where, in the normal course of maintenance of the equipment, door or cover has to be opened and the personnel has to be protected from electric shock. SALIENT FEATURES : The switch comprises of three poles out of which two poles are used for connections to AC Mains and Neutral, and the third pole, with a lag of 0.8mm, for driving the electronics in the equipment. Contact gap : 8mm. Distance between poles or creepage : 8mm. Positive and reliable breaking of the normally open contacts through three return springs. Shrouded operating plunger to prevent unintentional switching. Fixing : Snap fitting in cut out of 34x30mm. APPLICATION : As a safety door-switch in: Office automation machines such as photocopiers, data processing Equipments, etc. Power supply units Any domestic or industrial equipment in which the supply, AC & DC,should be cutoff for the purpose of maintenance, to provide safety to the personnel.
