Inversion modeling for by estimating the physical parameters of subsurface based on observational data. In this research, inversion modeling using least-squares approach to estimate parameters of depth and dimension anomaly obtained from the profile curves of the gravity anomaly. This method is used to speed up data interpretation techniques in order to obtain the value of depth and dimension anomaly quickly and accurately. This method approach using synthetic model as sphere model, infinite horizontal cylinder, and semi –infinite vertical cylinder. Using linear algebra equations which aims to assess the condition of the bodies. Applied this method at some field with the different condition of lithology. Keywords : Gravity Anomaly, Least-Square Method, Sphere, Infinite Horizontal Cylinder, SemiInfinite Vertical Cylinder, Depth, and Anomaly Dimension
