Part 1: Brief Information The original company of SGCS was founded in 1984. It was changed to Zhangjiagang Shenghui Chemical Machinery Co.,Ltd(ZSHCM)

in 2001, if formed a joint venture

named Shenghui Gas&Chemcial Systems(Zhangjiagang) Co.,Ltd (SGCS) with I.M Skaugen ASA in April,2006. It is located in Industry Development Area by Yangtze , the golden channel – Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province. It is west to Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge, north to Yangtze River, east to Shanghai City , and directly connected with Jing-Hu Highway / Ning-Hu Highway which makes SGCS enjoys the exceptional geographical advantage and has convenient transport facility.

At the moment, SGCS is divided into four divisions. The first division is for non-standard pressure vessel , it locates in port area dock, it occupies an area of 170,000 m2 where two 10,000 ton ships can be docked, includes 44,000 m2 workshop and necessary facilities; the workshop’s max lifting capability is 600 T, lifting height is 22m, it main business is in designing, fabrication and selling of non-standard pressure vessel ,this division equips with all kind of necessary facilities like fabrication, forming, heat treatment, surface treatment etc and all kind of inspection& test facilities for tank, heat exchanger, tower, column, drum, agitator, reactor etc vessel. the second division is for Cryogenic storage tank, Cryogenic division locates in southern workshop of Shenghui, workshop area is 8， 000 m2 , profession in fabrication and sales of storage tank/tank trucks for LO2,LN2,LAr and LNG, as well as cryogenic bottles; the third division is spherical tank division ， occupies an workshop of 12,000m2, it equipped with four sets 25 ton cranes and one set of 2000 ton oil press, one set of 1200，and one set of 500 ton oil press, with the capability of self-design, fabrication. Also have qualified Assembly Company for site construction of spherical tank. The fourth division is the berth division with an huge horizontal tank work shop of 10,000m2, it can provides the facilities for huge steel structure and extra size/weight pressure vessel, cargo tanks ,vessel for shipbuilding, pipe line fabrication and site assembly for shipbuilding, as well as load/discharge cargoes onto /from the ship

SGCS main business is in designing, fabrication and selling of non-standard pressure vessel ,Cryogenic storage tank and Plates forming for spherical tank and site assembly (for chemical, fertilizer, petroleum, metallurgical industry, nature gas, power plant ,as well as ship building etc)and other whole set equipments; business is in fabrication, installation civil steel structure part; business is in production steel parts, forging, construction material, metal material; and business is in importing and exporting of house-fabricated products and technology. And have many of experience in Methanol, Formaldehyde, Ozonide water, Methanol biohydrogen etc whole set equipments.
