Research Activities in Particles, Materials and Energy are considered nowadays as the pillars on which recent and future developments of human civilization are founded. Fruitful results of these activities should drastically improve the quality of human life and help in protecting the environmental balance on earth. The main objective of the present conference is to discuss the very recent original investigations carried out in the areas of particle, materials and energy. Special attention is devoted to their medical and industrial applications. Particularly, their contributions to the production of conventional and nonconventional sources of energies are explored.The Conference is focusing on very recent research activities about national and international water resources and water technology. One of the vital goals of the Conference is to shed light on the problem of teaching and learning modern sciences. Recent research developments suggested for resolving this problem are presented.

To the Ancient Egyptian, December was Celebrated in Luxor as the Month in which the Goddess Isis bore her Holy Child Horus.
CONFERENCE LANGUAGE English is the official Conference Language. CONFERENCE SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES The scientific activities of the conference are displayed as Keynote Lecture given by a Leading International Invited Scholar, Plenary Talks presented by Invited Speakers, Regular Talks presented by distinguished participants and oral presentations of few selected Abstracts. The Poster Session is devoted to all other accepted Abstracts. A round table discussion devoted to teaching and learning Sciences is presented.
A special Forum is organized with the title “Modern Developments of Nuclear Plant Technology”. Time and date of the Forum will be announced in the second call.
VISA APPLICATION All visas should be obtained from the Egyptian Consulates at the home country of the participant. One should submit the application in a reasonable time.
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES A collection of interesting daily trips to many exciting places close to Luxor will be offered with special rates to participants and accompanied persons.
